Meet the Team

  • Dan Roberts

    Managing Director

    Responsible for the day to day running of our business, Dan has a calm and considered approach. Before joining the business, he held a number of senior positions in I.T. within the construction and energy sectors where he focussed on large scale programme and project management. Dan manages our larger projects and provides support to the rest of the team throughout all stages of the design and implementation process.  He has great relationships with our suppliers and trades teams and enjoys working with them to deliver a quality installation for our clients. Outside of work Dan has his private pilots license and loves to fly, time and weather permitting!

  • Reuben Bretton

    Senior Interior Architect

    Reuben has recently joined our team bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. Since qualifying with a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture Reuben has worked in London and Los Angeles before returning to his family roots in Yorkshire. Having a love for everything design and architecture, Reuben has a passion for kitchen design and spatial planning. He has a personable and professional approach, committed to achieving a unique design, tailor made for each individual client. Reuben is a positive and supportive team member who thrives working within a dedicated and creative group of individuals. In his downtime Reuben loves to ski, going to the gym and walking his dog.

  • Emma Ledger

    Project Co-ordinator/Interior Designer

    Emma joined the team in 2021 following a successful career within a law practice. Her role is varied as she successfully transitions between the design team and project management team. An excellent multi tasker, super organised and guaranteed to bring humour into our working day. Emma’s role is vital to the successful implementation of every project. As a qualified Interior designer her understanding of the design process and the different phases of an installation from a contractors perspective makes her an accomplished all rounder. Emma is also a busy mum to three gorgeous boys and a keen supporter of Huddersfield Town Football Club.

  • Kirsty Meigh

    Project Co Ordinator

    Kirsty has over 25 years experience managing projects across creative industries, and has passion for interiors. She has a keen eye for detail, colour and spatial awareness and understands the importance of combining great design with functionality. A sunny disposition and problem solving skills are her strengths. Kirsty works closely with our trade teams to ensure our projects are completed on time, on budget and meet our highest quality standards. She has a keen interest in period architecture and loves the challenge that working with older properties brings.

  • Colin Metcalfe

    Project Manager & Installer

    With his joinery background from the earlier part of his career, along with 25 years experience as a Project Manager and Contracts Manager in the construction industry
    Colin works alongside Dan as one of our Project Managers and you may also meet him as one of our installers.  Working closely with the trades team and on site contractors Colin’s role is to ensure the project is delivered in accordance to the design specification. He has a friendly, positive attitude and practical approach which makes him a popular member of the team. He loves to end his week in his kitchen cooking one of his delicious home made curries whilst enjoying a glass of wine or two.

  • Annabelle Taylor

    Junior Designer

    Following a successful internship, and recently graduating with a BA (Hons) in Interior Design, Annabelle is finally a full time team member and we are delighted about it. We first met Annabelle ten years earlier whilst working on her parents beautiful home, and ever since then she has dreamt of working in this industry and loves the creative process. She takes pride and pleasure seeing the design concept evolve from the initial brief to implementation. With a desire to learn and a willingness to help she has a calm and organised approach. Annabelle produces many of our impressive visuals, detailed floor plans and cabinetry drawings. You may also recognise her from our installation days assisting with styling and accessorising before handing over the space to the home owner.
    Out of work Annabelle loves spending time with her family, travel, good food and walking her dog Nelly.

  • Karen Inman


    An integral part of the business, Karen Works closely with the whole team. Her support behind the scenes ensures the business runs smoothly and effectively aiding the timely delivery of each project while keeping our suppliers and contractors happy. In her spare time Karen loves foreign travel and enjoys live music gigs.

  • Lynne Dransfield-Green

    Interior Designer

    With over 30 years experience creating beautiful interiors across Yorkshire, Lynne previously ran her own successful interior design business for many years. She enjoys getting to know her clients; working together to bring their personality to a scheme and because of this she has many loyal repeat customers who love her fun, no-nonsense approach. Lynne has impeccable taste and her designs are eclectic but whether classic or contemporary they are always timeless. Lynne is currently enjoying her retirement and spending time with her grandchildren. However, if you have worked with Lynne before and would like her to be involved in the initial consultation, she is still very much part of the Harpers family and has kindly offered to still join us for a coffee.
