Botanical prints for Spring
19 March 2015
With botanical prints making a big impact for spring/summer interior design, we’re delighted to now have the following new collections at Harpers Interiors, inspired by nature and perfect for spring…
Romo - Saphira
A delicate watercolour depicts a budding magnolia in a fusion of gentle pastels and neutrals, with flashes of vibrant colours, digitally printed on a soft cotton-satin.
Harlequin – Amazilla
Botanical etchings in a contemporary style. The hummingbird is produced by a four-colour printing process; the birds’ colours remain the same whilst the background changes across a beautiful range of colours.
Mark Alexander – Folk
An eclective and contemporary collection, with a diverse range of designs. Here, we see an understated wide line stripe, with a washed and tumbled finish for relaxed chic.
Mulberry – Bohemian Collection
This designer collection is a cavalcade of colour, patchwork patterns and layers of exotic texture. Featured here is the deeply romantic, sumptuous and tactile ‘Romilly’.
Zoffany – Constantina
A classic contemporary collection of damask wallpapers, brought to life with innovative inks and finishes. Seen here, the Katerina is a modern interpretation of classic medallion damask, in a fabulous fibrous paper.
Sanderson – Fabienne
The faded elegance of French chateaux and the charm of rustic country manors. Wingback armchair seen here upholstered in Clemence; a delightful embroidery of forest animals and wild flowers.
Cole & Son – Whimsical
A nostalgic and enchanting selection of magical wallpapers, inspired by the classic childhood stories and fairy tales of our youth. Here we see Punchinello, one of the signature designs of the collection, inspired by the rascally character from the Commedia dell’arte.
James Hare - Evolution
This decorative collection celebrates the company’s evolution from Yorkshire wool to internationally renowned silk specialist. Here, the ‘Crystal’ fabric is inspired by cracked ice, with a geometric pattern woven in metallic thread.
Also entirely new to us this season are fabrics by Liberty of London and Fox Linton, Paints by the Designers’ Guild, Lighting by Terzani and the country and boutique fabric collections by Voyage.
